The following training session are currently run weekly:

Tuesday 7pm - Track session at Saffron Lane track (meet in club house upstairs) working on speed and lasting between 1-1.5 hrs.

Saturday 8.30am - Off road run round Bradgate Park meeting at the Newtown Linford entrance and lasting about 1 hour.
